Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Tiffany Keesey is a people-first strategist, culture architect, and co-founder of Conscious Culture. Before launching the company, she spent over 15 years leading HR and people operations, both in-house and as a strategic advisor to high-growth startups. Early in her career, Tiffany was a founding team member at Invisible Children, where she helped scale the organization globally. Her work helped build a world-class culture that fueled the viral success of the KONY 2012 campaign.

She also co-founded a retreat series called WIDEN, facilitating transformative experiences for artists and activists. Tiffany graduated from UCLA and is currently based in San Diego. Outside of work, you’ll find her getting lost in a great book or exploring the outdoors with her partner, Ben, and toddler, Cash.

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Bentley Holmes is a values-driven leader, strategic communicator, and co-founder of Conscious Culture. Before launching the company, she advised executive teams at cleantech startups on their people strategy and culture-building initiatives. Prior to consulting, Bentley led People Operations in-house at The Giving Keys, where she scaled the team from 20 to 200 and spearheaded a hiring model focused on employing individuals transitioning out of homelessness and incarceration.

Bentley has also brought communities together on a massive scale, designing events that have reached 100,000+ participants and raised millions. A Vanderbilt grad and lifelong learner, Bentley is now back in her hometown of Atlanta, GA. In her free time, you’ll find her practicing yoga or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Lead Consultant

Hannah is a human-design thinker, trusted advisor, and consultant at Conscious Culture. She brings a grounded presence and deep expertise in performance management and employee experience. Prior to Conscious Culture, she worked on the Learning & Organizational Development team at Patagonia, where she focused on performance, internal communications, and culture-building.

She’s also led high-volume recruiting and onboarding initiatives and understands how to scale people systems at different stages of growth. When she’s not working, she’s exploring the outdoors in Maine, where she enjoys tending to her native plant garden and bike riding with her family.

Recruiter

Kylie Nadeau is an expert recruiter and team builder with a passion for connecting people and purpose. She brings deep experience leading full-cycle recruiting for fast-growing startups and mission-driven companies. Before joining Conscious Culture, Kylie worked on the talent aquisition at Warby Parker and Belle, where she helped to build high-performing, values-aligned teams. 

Kylie is passionate about helping organizations grow by finding the right people and cultivating thoughtful, human-centered hiring experiences. Outside of work, she loves traveling, fitness, reading, and hosting fabulous parties. Kylie is currently based in the Nashville area.

Associate

Adam Campbell is a versatile operations expert, systems thinker, and social innovator. With a diverse background in operations, marketing and social impact, Adam is our resident “jack-of-all-trades.” His ability to approach problems thoughtfully, paired with his operational savvy and commitment to continuous learning, makes him a trusted partner to both our team and our clients.

In addition to working with us, Adam consults with startups to develop foundational business and marketing processes. He recently earned his Master’s in Social Innovation. Outside of work, Adam can be found exploring national parks, or catching concerts around the world.
